“First and foremost, I’m a professional property investor with a portfolio of global real estate.
Property is my passion – buying it, selling it, keeping it, flipping it, gutting it, renovating it - it’s what I love and what I do best. Other jobs and business ventures haven’t succeeded as desired, but property has always paid off for me handsomely. I’ve been a client of Worldwide Investments for a number of years and have been highly impressed with their excellent returns and customer service – which is why I now represent them for Asia Pacific clients.

I caught the property bug in 1996 and started buying properties in my home city of London. Colleagues at the investment bank I worked at joked ‘How can you sleep at night with so many mortgages?’ Now I’m laughing all the way to the bank.

You don’t need a huge amount of money to start investing. By investing wisely, your portfolio will grow and you will prosper. Property has always been good to me, but to my credit I’ve always invested through companies / developers with an impressive track record – that way I minimize my risk and maximize my return – and believe in the importance of extensive research and legal consultation prior to investing. Worldwide Investments is a reliable company offering sustained returns, and has been delivering to clients for many years.

I also have a strong gut instinct for properties and markets that will do well – and so far, so good!

Ms. Ella Sherman, Managing Director of Worldwide Investments Asia Pacific

Ella Sherman has served in executive positions with several global blue chip investment banks, including JP Morgan Chase (winning the prestigious Chase Service Star award), UBS, Credit Suisse First Boston and Credit Agricole, where she served as Global Head of Human Resources for Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities, the brokerage arm of Credit Agricole. Ella left banking to become an entrepreneur, establishing two businesses. She has a personal passion for property investment and currently holds properties in Argentina, India, Mexico, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, UK and USA. She has resided in Hong Kong and Singapore for eight years and is a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR). She maintains that Singapore is a great country to live and work, and thinks of it as her home.
