(MSI) have been operating in Detroit since 1973, and they have a very strong presence in the Section 8 and HUD markets and currently manage over 1000 properties. MSI have the infrastructure, accounting procedures and first hand experience which can only add stability to the ongoing management of your property(s).
10% of the monthly rent is paid as a management fee and the management agreement includes the following services:

Organisation of IRS return with our CPA at discounted rates
Errors and Omissions Policy (like malpractice insurance)
Securing any replacement tenant
Collection and monitoring of Section 8 HCV rent
Collection of tenant top up
Regular inspection visits and reports a every year
Rent reviews
Tenant deposit store (if applicable)
