Phase one plots are numbered 1 – 100 and prices start from:

Finance
Plots must be purchased in full and a 10% deposit is required to secure the villa. Total outlay will be the plot price plus 10% of the villa price, which based of the cheapest plot ($52,000) and villa ($143,750) equals $66,375, which is approximately £33,187.50.
Mortgages
Mortgages are available for 90% of the villa price. Interest rate is currently from 5.5% through the First Caribbean Bank (part of Barclays). The 5.5% to 7.75% (depending on credit standing) is an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) with a minimum of one year and a maximum of seven years. Mortgages are subject to status.
Hotel occupancy
Currently over 560 hotel projects and 65,000 rooms have been developed in the Dominican Republic. In 2006 tourism reported $4,125,700,000 in revenue. The reason for all the hotel development in the Dominican Republic is because of the year round hotel occupancy rate of 73.9%.
Guaranteed rental income
Once the villa is built there will be a 10% guaranteed rental income for two years. After this it will be a 50/50 split with the management company.
