Greengold Capital offers the Investor a fixed Return, with the risks borne by the farming management company. Since its primary purpose is to finance the preparation of the Land for cultivation, it pays a fixed Capital Return at the end.

    Capital Return

    There is a single Capital Return to the Investor, as a percentage of of the original investment, of 48% after three years. So Investors receive back the Amount Invested plus 48%.

    Enhanced Capital Return

    Large Investors or Consortia receive a higher Capital Return as follows:

    • Contribution $200,000 - $350,000: Capital Return is 3% higher
    • Contribution $350,000 - $500,000: Capital Return is 6% higher
    • Contribution above $500,000: Capital Return is 9% higher
