The Development

Set high in the hills overlooking internationally famous Fisherman’s Village at Bo Phut, Banyan Villas comprises 21 detached three bedroom villas, all with private pool. The properties enjoy stunning views across Bo phut and the ocean toward the island of Koh Phangan. Building Guarantee

Six Month Return to Site Policy
Six months after the completion of your property, Palm Construction will return to site to undertake any works that have arisen since completion. Until completed, the owner will retain 5% of the total construction cost.

Construction Schedule

Construction is well underway and the completion date of the phases is as follows:
• Phase 1 March 09
• Phase 2 October 09
• Phase 3 May 10

A range of designs are available with off-plan launch prices between 15M THB and 40M THB.

Payment Schedule

The payment schedule for Banyan Villas is designed to give clients added security on their investment and the opportunity to be totally satisfied with each stage of construction before making any further payment. In fact, 100% of payments are payable only upon successful completion of the “Six month return to site policy”.

Payment Schedule with 50% Finance

Stage 1 15% cash upon signing contracts
Stage 2 15% cash upon completion of foundations/ground works
Stage 3 20% cash, plus 10% GFS finance, upon completion of the superstructure
Stage 4 30% GFS finance upon completion of the internal finishing’s
Stage 5 5% GFS finance upon handover. (less deposit)
Final payment 5% GFS finance upon completion of our “Six month return to site policy”

Reservation

The reservation fee is 250,000 baht, non refundable, which takes a property off the market for 30 days.
